Say no to on street parking charges in Horley
Horley Town Council supports the campaign to urge Surrey County Council to reconsider its proposal to introduce on-street parking charges in Horley town centre. The Town Council has written to the David McNulty, Chef Executive, to express its grave disappointment over the lack of any consultation with local businesses, commuters, residents and the town council itself.
